The mini-loom is a small 8x8 cm weaving frame that comes pre-warped and ready to use. There is no prep work and no need to hunt for the right yarn; the child can simply open the package and start weaving immediately.
The frame is 3D-printed in Stockholm, just like the rest of the WeaveYourWay family, and is designed to withstand being carried in a bag or backpack. Once the weaving is finished, you can attach it as a bag charm, turning the creation into something to take along and show off.
The kit includes a weaving needle sized for children's hands and yarn in various colors. Weaving the project generally takes 15 to 30 minutes, and it is an activity that works just as well solo as it does with an adult.
Suitable for: children aged approximately 5 to 10; perfect for a quiet craft activity at home, in the car, or as a thoughtful gift.
