All our frame looms are made on demand, so please allow up to 10–15 business days for delivery. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item is faulty, you can return it within 30 days.
